First impressions go a long way. My mother and I visited "All About Sewing" today, via a recommended source, and were quite impressed. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific product my mom was seeking, but what we found was so much more. Their staff was phenomenal! The store's layout was well-organized, making it easy to access the products we needed. I am not much of a seamstress, but because of their personal involvement in helping me choose the right amounts of fabric and design details, it has rekindled an old passion for sewing. This was our first visit, but it will not be our last. Shout out to a sweet little Angel who also made us some fabulous bracelets! Thanks to all who made our experience joyful.

I love this place. They are so knowledgeable about all your sewing needs. This is a one stop shop when it comes to sewing machine, beautiful fabric, and the best when it comes to taking care of your machines. They are so nice. Again, I love this place.

I love their inventory and I love all the activities they’re having. I just finished a quilting class and I loved it. They are very helpful when you need help. I just think it’s a wonderful place if you love to sew.

Zero stars. Rip off. I bought a sewing machine that the sales person said they had in stock, and they brought it to the "classroom" to go over the functions of it, then I found out the machine was the Display model. The self threading mechanism didn't work and there were missing attachments. The sales person had disappeared and the owner was very rude and pushy, stating that they don't do refunds and there were no machines of similar function and price. He knew I was leaving the state and needed a machine. The "instructor" said that the self threading mechanism was fine, I just needed to practice, even though she couldn't even get it to work. She said they'd have to send me the missing attachments, never did.

I have a dressmaker machine that I purchased in 1977. (From my first job) Breanna was a doll! She loves working on older machines. If anyone has an older machine this is the place to take it. I was also impressed that no one tried to sale me a new machine.
