Professional and friendly. We had some issues with our logo and they worked back and forth with us to make sure it printed correctly. I really appreciate their attention to detail and the shirts turned out perfectly. Cannot recommend enough.

They are not a Mobile company. They don’t adhere to their published hours of operation.

Absolutely DO NOT use this place for your embroidery needs for your business. As a business owner I am disgusted . The proof they sent looks NOTHING like the one they ruined my company’s polos with. They made any excuse possible to not fix anything . They refused to refund me even for the cost for embroidery after ruining the polos I purchased elsewhere . This was my first and last experience with them. They don’t respond to emails at all and they took several weeks to even get them delivered to me . Customer service is horrible as well . The staff acts as if they have no idea what they are doing and can’t speak proper English . I found a MUCH better service that did a wonderful job and they were on time , the polos looked amazing and customer service was superb . I hated even having to click on the star rating because they do not even deserve one single star .

Sub par work and customer service. Instead of offering to make their mistake right I was made to feel partly responsible for not noticing and reporting the flaw sooner. The rep spent more time explaining what happened to cause the flaw than anything as if I am a screen print apprentice instead of a customer. Only offered a discount on next order through them. I will take my chances elsewhere in the future.

My experience with them was TERRIBLE. Last Christmas, 2017, I had 4 robes which were 50 dollars a piece brought to them to have initials sewed on as Christmas gifts. One robe was perfect, the second robe was a little off centered and the last two was completely JACKED UP!!! When they tried to fix it, the material got messed when taking the threading out. 150 dollars worth of very nice robes down the drain. I was very very upset. The manager was gone for the holidays. I was completely outdone. I was refunded for the what I paid for the embroidery, however, the money i spent on the robes were gone. There were no kind of accommodations offered to me besides a full refund. This place were recommended to me from a friend. They also had a 5 star rating online. Unfortunately, I was not given 5 star service. I see one robe getting messed up but not 3! To me, that was very careless and unprofessional on their part. I know this is a late review, but better late than never.
