This place has been around forever. The customer service rep and i were reminiscing about going to the outlet as kids with parents and grandparents. They have a great selection and knowledgeable people. Prices are better than reasonable. You are going to get so much more out of the Mill Outlet than you are out of the fabrics section at Walmart.

Jen (Jennie) was great! We've been to every fabric store in Colorado Springs on a crazy hunt to match color fabric to a hat and boy was it tough! The mill outlet finally had the best variety out of every place we went. We should've just went there in the first place, which was our actual goal, but we hit every place on our way there, since they were on the way. We didn't leave with what we originally set out to find, but we found a 2nd best that works for our needs!! Mill outlet had so so many options, from patterns to solid colors and textures. If, you need fabrics, go there FIRST!!

Without a doubt, this is the best fabric store in Colorado Springs. So many different products and the staff are lovely. A huge selection of notions and apolstry. I enjoyed the selection of tone on tones. I hope to see this shop continue to thrive.

So much better now that there are new owners. The store looks cleaner and not cluttered with junk. Thank goodness they no longer have things hanging from the ceiling. They have a wide range of materials and goods. It also looks as though they are holding classes which is a smart idea. I will now be happy to come back and shop.
