I've been attending classes and open sew sessions at Cool People Sew for a few months now and highly recommend them! The environment is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I have learned so many tricks and tips to improve my sewing.

Highly recommend! Sewing and sewing machines have always intimidated me, and I expected to fail spectacularly at the beginner’s class, but it was phenomenal! The instructor did a great job walking each person through the machine and teaching us the bare bones basics. I’ll definitely be back for a harder class.

I usually come here to scrounge through their Cool People Scrap selection. They are extremely generous with pricing and always willing to help with my sewing questions and projects. I brought my younger sister here for a sewing lesson and she thoroughly enjoyed it and looks forward to her next class! Great work, ladies!

My friend and I did the beginner class today and we had so much fun. Our instructor was wonderful and explained everything so thoroughly. She made us feel comfortable and didn’t hesitate to answer our questions. I’m excited to do the beginner series and continue to learn more sewing techniques.

Took a beginner class today and made a keychain. The space is very inviting, class was very informative, and the people were great!! I am definitely going to come back and take more classes in the future so I can learn to make my own pojagi curtains. If you want to get into sewing this is the place to start!
