I should’ve left this review a long time ago—Elite Sports Embroidery & Screen Printing definitely deserves the recognition. They did embroidered company shirts for my business, Tough Cleaners LLC, with printing on the back. The attention to detail was amazing—every part of my logo came out sharp and clear. Their customer service was excellent; they made sure I was happy with the embroidery before moving forward, and their pricing was very fair. On top of that, the turnaround time was quick without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs embroidery or screen printing done right.

“It is what it is” is the response I received from the manager after I saw my items. I expressed that the stitch work was not the quality I expected. She gave absolutely no concern towards the situation. Basically gave me a “deal with it” attitude. Said nothing can be done because the stitches can’t be removed which I totally understand. But from a customer’s point of view going into a business that has years of experience in this field, I told her I felt they could have either suggested another font or size because of the material or called me after the first garment was stitched and expressed concern about how it may turn out due to my material . Instead Nothing was said and they received full payment. The manager lacks customer services and communication skills. I can deal with the garments at this point because I have no choice but I can’t return to this business due to how the customer service was handled. I’ve provided pics of the stitch work. On a good note, the young lady at the front that greets everyone is welcoming and sweet. They also had the garments completed two days earlier than expected. Update: Chris who is apart of management, went out of his way to apologize and resolve this incident. Due to him being so understanding , I will definitely return. My replacement garments were embroidered and received before Christmas (I’ve attached a photo). They are gorgeous and I really appreciate the Elite team for making this a happy ending. Can’t wait to place future orders.

Madison and the team at Elite Sports Threads are amazing. They were really life savers when I needed a quick job done for my son’s traveling baseball team. They were super helpful and took the time to do a great job. And they did terrific work! I highly recommend them!

Elite Sports has helped use supply custom uniforms, T-shirt’s, socks, visors and bat bags for St Johns High School’s Girl Softball team from their start 2 years ago. Everything has been perfectly designed, created and shipped to us. Such a great company!! Highly recommend!
