Classic Engraving & Embroidery

The folks here were quick to respond to a price quote via email and called me to answer more questions. Did great work embroidering a corporate logo on a winter coat for me. Quality looks perfect and was done in exactly the time frame they gave me, which was only a matter of days since it was a single item. Fair price and quick, high quality work!

The women told me that my item would be ready by 5pm Friday. I went to pick it up and it was all wrong and the women blamed herself for not being able to read her own handwriting. She told me she would fix it and I could pick it up Saturday morning and I’ve called and went by multiple times and she is a no show. Upset is an understatement for how inconsiderate this company is and she knew I need my item by today. DONT USE this company. Not organized at all

As I told the perfectly nice man who handled my order - I'm perplexed by the bad reviews. I've placed two orders, two years apart, and I was more than satisfied with the results each time. The customer service, time to completion, quality of product, and price all met or exceeded my expectations. Additionally, my orders both involved unusual symbols and one involved a difficult surface too --neither complexity caused any issue -- both of my custom orders turned out great. I've been to two other local shops who would not even consider taking my order with a one-week turnaround, and one that was never open as advertised (before Covid). Classic Embroidery worked well for me.

Horrible customer service. I'm not going to write all the names I was just called but it was extremely disrespectful and insulting. The owner should be ashamed to have that man be the face of your families company. I'm sure she is. The front desk clerk is a small emotional person. Who likes to yell when he makes mistakes. He is an abuser. He is living off of people who are non confrontational and using them for his own survival like a parasite. He is giving all us veterans a bad name. He has no control of self or professionalism. Avoid this business at all costs.
