I do not drive because I am in a power chair. Quilting is my joy. My 301A singer sewing pedal literally fell apart in my hands. I forgave it because it is about 70+ years old. I called Sandy and made arrangements to mail my pedal and to order a new one. She received my pedal and mailed a replacement to me. My credit card was charged $65 on May 15th. I received the pedal and the plug did not fit my machine. I mailed the replacement back and asked her to credit my account $50 and she could subtract the postage. The postage was actually only $10. I was acknowledging her efforts with the extra $5. In the end I spent over $50 total on postage yet I was never reimbursed the $50 for the pedal I returned. My frustration and anger are not ALL about not being reimbursed my $50. I felt so disrespected by the fact that she did not even once initiate the effort to make things right. She said she sent a check and verified that it had never been cashed. She said she would send a second check. I verified my address. She said it was correct. I did receive the incorrect pedal so how come I never received the $50 check. Yesterday I received a pedal for my machine from a very unlikely source. I checked Walmart’s Marketplace app and to my shock they had a pedal for a Singer 301A for $30. I ordered it and one week later it arrived and to my shock and joy it fit and I am able to sew again. Walmart is not where I like to do business. I prefer working with small business owners. I have been so upset about not sewing and I look at the heart and praying hands all through Sandy’s reviews and felt misled and disrespected. Disrespected because of her not once reaching out to me to make things right.

Sandys is the best! I've had several machines cleaned and repaired and they run better than ever. My machines are from the early 90's and are used everyday. Sandy and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I highly recommend them.

Had them repair my 20 year old Singer. It took less time than expected and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, a few days later, the issue occurred again. Took it back and Sandy showed me how my bobbin had expanded and was causing an issue with the bobbin case. She explained how to keep this from happening again and had the repair person fix my machine again - this time at no charge. Thank you! I will be back - hopefully, for classes and fun things and not another repair!

Sandy knows her business and was a great help. She identified the binding problem I had with one of my vintage Singer machines, a 15-91 almost immediately, and I was able to fix the problem easily. It now runs smooth as new again. And she did it over the phone. She is a gracious and generous lady, and a pleasure to talk to. When I need anything relating to sewing, Sandy is where I will always go, Thank you!

This is a great shop and I have had only positive experiences with Sandy's. I have purchased several machines from her and have taken many classes, always fun, interesting, and educational. I have met and made new friends there, adding another dimension to the joy of sewing. As for sewing machine repair, her technicians are certified by Viking and have always had my machines ready in short order. It's so much fun to go in this shop which is now is a new location, with lots of room for display, great lighting, and an extensive inventory of machines and accessories. Display samples offer sewing inspiration galore! Sandy, Vicki, Will, and Nick are the best!
