I had an issue with the bobbin case from my multi-needle so I sent my husband in to get a new one. He started at a competitor store that opened an hour earlier who simply had a box of miscellaneous, unmarked bobbin cases and no match (we had even called before going). He then went to Austin's who was sold out but did have them on order (womp womp). I am sitting 70 orders deep so waiting a few days being down a machine was going to be rough, however, they offered to have the technician look at the bobbin case to see if it was fixable. A few minutes later and voila, it was fixed. They charged almost nothing for the repair and now my machine can get back to work. I have a full-time embroidery shop so this truly was a lifesaver

I love it here. I went for the first time this weekend. When I arrived, one of the ladies gave me a rundown of how everything is organized. I found some of the most beautiful fabric I’ve ever seen. I happened to grab an extra bobbin holder (75% off!) while I was there, and my machine is running like new again.

The ladies are super friendly and helpful. A great variety of sewing and embroidery supplies, i.e., fabric, notions, and carry a few different brands of great quality machines. Machines for different price ranges and skill levels. I like that they service machines too, whether you purchased from them or not. Very impressed with the fabric selections! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Austin’s for all your sewing & embroidery needs!!

I had my Valiant 10 needle in several weeks ago for service and adjustments. Will was awesome! I had to bring it back today because I was getting a trim error message. Will got it right in and adjusted, no cost to me. Thank you the great service.

They have an EXCELLENT staff, fabric selection, threads, sewing machines, patterns, etc. The ladies are incredibly helpful, and they're very patient. When I came in for the first time, I didnt really know what I was doing with my sewing machine, and they were incredibly patient and taught me the basics even though I didn't buy it there. They service and sell sewing machines of ALL DIFFERENT SORTS! It is crazy. I didnt even know that there were that many different machines with sew many uses. Their fabric is top quality, and they have classes and tons of patterns.
