Lids

Just called and asked if they do custom embroidery on hats. Woman does not say anything and hangs up... I call back and shorten the context, "Do you guys embroider hats?" She doesn't say anything. I say, "hello?" She hangs up again. How wild is that?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I attempted to return a purchase at Lids, but the General Manager, Mark, refused and told me I had to go to the other Lids across the mall. He misrepresented company policy, clearly prioritizing his store’s numbers over customer care. As someone with a physical disability, being forced to walk across the mall was more than just an inconvenience — it was discriminatory and dismissive. Every customer deserves honesty, respect, and fairness, none of which I received here. – A frustrated premium member

My son bought a super cool hat in here. They definitely have a great selection for those who really want their hat game to be next level. You definitely won’t regret coming in here while you’re at Mall Saint Matthew.

This is a great store. I always say not buying a hat somehow they manage to hook me up with two and put something on my hats. Even knows what hats my son likes when he isn’t with me. Have them hook you up with some crazy good stitching.

Great customer service Keith help me find the size hat I needed and suggested that I check the on sale rack.
