Just wanted to share how much I appreciated Laura's help today!! She took the time to explain things to me. She was patient, kind and sincere:) I've only just started my sewing/quilting journey, but immediately felt comfortable asking "beginner" questions. The store is gorgeous, bright and offers so many ideas, fabrics, tools, etc... I look forward to shopping here again. And plan to sign up for one of their classes too. Thanks also to Cindy who answered the phone. She was friendly and encouraging.

I adore shopping at Heyde Sewing because their friendly staff makes finding what I need incredibly easy. I also love that they have stock for days of anything I could ever need for a project. Shopping small does not have to be inconvenient and this store proves that over and over. Great work to all!

I’ve had my Pfaff sewing machine (I must have it 35 years) and a Singer heavy duty machine (2020) repaired at Heyde Sewing Machine Company. Both are sewing again like new. Very happy with their service. I could spend an afternoon happily perusing their wares.

I inherited a Singer sewing machine from my mother. This year for my birthday gift I asked my husband to take it up to the Hyde sewing store we drive past all the time to see about having it serviced. They said it would be about a month to have it fixed up. Well one of the technicians must have heard it was a birthday gift and took it upon themselves to work on it after hours to have it done in time. You don’t experience kindness like this every day, they really went above and beyond. Thank you very much for taking the time to make my birthday special. I used the machine for the first time today since it was serviced and it runs like a dream. I’m so thankful for the technician's knowledge and generosity and will be recommending their services to my friends.

Karen, many, many thanks for helping me out yesterday. I just can't thank you enough. I have been sewing with a Bernina since 1997.....bought a 160 and have loved it. But was time to update. I am thrilled with my new Bernina 535. And it was a pleasure to meet you. Can't wait to sew pretty things for my Great Grandgirls.
