I had some small issues with a pretty old machine. Took it here and they adjusted multiple things for free and gave me a free needle! The employee was knowledgeable and quick and explained everything she was doing. Definitely a great place for sewers of all levels!

They say they’ll work on non Bernina machines, but they’ll be extremely rude in the process and they are not kind to beginners

I took my MIL old sewing machine in to see if it could be repaired. Sadly, it could not be repaired but I was so impressed with the owner and the associates that helped me. My granddaughter has taken sewing classes here. I highly recommend this store for all your sewing needs. The staff here is honest and knowledgeable.

They knew what was wrong with my brand new machine and because I'm new to sewing they explained things over again even though I took my first class to get familiar with it. They had my machine fixed and ready to go in fifteen minutes. The staff is very friendly! I just wish they weren't so fat away.

I have owned a Bernina for the past 35 years and have been very happy with the services, i.e. maintenance and classes. The classes offered help you to "know" your machine much better. The instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable of the various Bernina machines, whether older models or new models.
