Very rude owner. Didnt even talk with her and she came over and made rude remarks concerning me and my wife. We were dumbfounded about the situation. I guess we were standing in a spot we should not be in but regardless she did not handle it well. We will not go there again

Great classroom space with room to spread out and a nice high cutting table. Clean spacious bathrooms (no paper towels) Adequate parking Helpful employees Nice variety of threads and needles. (Haven't explored fabrics) Very community-minded. I will patronize again. One of the few shops not way out west.

Although I have been in the store a few times, this was the first time I have dropped off a quilt to be quilted on the longarm. I was a bit nervous because the quilt had a great deal of hand embroidery and applique but the staff was VERY helpful in choosing the best way to quilt it. The quilt was actually done many days before the date I had been given. The work was beautiful and I will definitely be back with my next project.

I’m the guy who pooped in your bathroom. I asked beforehand, “you don’t have a restroom I can use, do you?” assuming that they probably wouldn’t, but they said yes, go ahead. I don’t know what the etiquette is in Omaha, but where I’m from, we don’t bang on the door and scream someone out of the store when they are trying to finish pooping. What a nightmare. They didn’t even give me a warning. There wasn’t even anyone waiting to use the restroom after me. It was just the three employees staring daggers at me. Genuinely baffled (and pretty embarrassed) I offered to buy a quilt. “We don’t sell quilts,” they told me. What do they sell, then? I’ve never encountered this level of hate before. I ~have~ to believe that someone died or that they were in the middle of some kind of crisis that had nothing to do with me, because I cannot comprehend a universe in which human beings treat each other this way.

Love. Love. Love this shop! The people (staff and other shoppers) are fabulous! They almost treat you like family! I’m fairly new to quilting and machine embroidery and they help me out tremendously!
