I LOVE this boutique!!! They always have cute clothes that are actually affordable (not to mention great sales too). I get complimented multiple times on the dresses and shoes I’ve gotten from Augusta Belle. The owner is the sweetest lady too! She always gives great ideas on how to style the clothes I buy! 10/10 would recommend this place!!!

I was very impressed with the items that were monogrammed for me. My items were ready to be picked up exactly when I was told they would be ready. I was also very impressed with other items purchased from the store. Monograms Marking and More have very unique items from apparel to accessories. Although, I have to say that the customer service received from Porsche and her husband was what stood out most. I will definitely be a repeat customer and refer others. Wylanda Clark

Very disappointed with both experiences at MMM. My first visit, the turnaround time for an item that I brought in to be monogrammed was greater than a week. Had I known that at drop off, I wouldn’t have left my item. Thought I’d give it another try, The item I brought in to be monogrammed the second time was not done correctly but the turnaround time was quicker (2 days). While there to pick up the item I was told that there were other options to make the monogram look better, however that was never communicated with me. I was never contacted to discuss other options. Not sure if the lady I spoke with was the owner but she was rude about the situation and never showed any sympathy whatsoever. And never tried to accommodate me in any way. Guess that’s why they have a pay before service policy. Nice store with lots of overpriced merchandise..that I will not be returning too!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Monograms Markings and More and their staff! I purchased a beautiful necklace and realized after I'd picked it up that I'd gotten the monogram wrong. When I called, the staff was so understanding and didn't hesitate to tell me to come back in and that they would fix it... free of charge! It was completely my fault for telling them the wrong initials and they were still willing to fix the necklace. Not only did they fix it on a Saturday, but it was the day before Mother's Day! To top it all off, they allowed me to come pick it up after closing at 3 since they knew it was a gift. So sweet! The owners are very personable and I cannot wait to continue to get many more items from their store.
