Rays Vacuum & Sewing

I highly recommend Rays! I took my embroidery machine in due to issues and it had stopped working. They told me it looked like the problem was the bobbin case and tried to fix it, but it still wasn't working right. They said they would check it out but it may not be ready for a week or two because they were so busy. They called later that day and said it was the bobbin case causing the issue, plus they serviced it and we were able to pick it up the next day!! Very reasonably priced!! Thank you for being so patient, kind and quick service!!! I will be back!!

Can't speak highly enough about Ray and David. Did an excellent job on maintenance and repair of my sewing/embroidery machine with a very reasonable turn around time. Afterwards I had questions and concerns and Ray and David patience with my operator error and their diligent follow-up was exemplary. You don't find conscientous business owners much like this anymore. I traveled 1 1/2 hours for the service and I will do it in a heartbeat again. Their price is very reasonable also. Highly recommend.

Rays had what I needed to fix my mother-in-laws vacuum and fix it just right. Mr Ray took it in back and fixed it in just a few minutes. Thank you for the wonderful service and my mother in law should be there to stock up for her vacuum supplies.
