Lids

The guy who said he was the manager put the wrong size decal on my hat and was in the wrong place I asked for. I was very specific. When I asked if he could fix it he said he wasnt doing anything with the hat with a very threatening additude and said he was hoing to call security so i just left. This is the worst experience I have ever had with lids. I paid my hard earned money for something that I'm not happy with at all. Once again I was very specific. Maybe the young kid behind the counter did it for all i know. Very unprofessional.

I say in the last two years, I’ve maybe been able to buy one Hat because this place always has its door closed.. even today I was going to buy a hat at 12 o’clock. There was a big lady and two guys sitting in the middle of the floor just chatting it up. Maybe there was something wrong with the system, but I do know that this place is closed a lot more than it is open. It’s no wonder why Westgate Mall is becoming such a ghost town and everyone is driving to Haywood Mall.

Store hours are 10-6 but it’s 10:33 and still not open… nothing on website about hours changing, drove an hour to get hat for my son for nothing!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Sales girl was completely unprofessional, rude and not wearing a mask. Told me to call corporate if I had a problem but couldn't supply corporates number. Not to mention we had to walk to another store for them to call her because the gate was closed the 2 times we went back.

I'm not a hat guy, but Lids is awesome. They have a massive selection of headgear, and they will embroider ANYTHING. Even if you bring in an item purchased elsewhere, they'll embroider it if the item will fit on their machine. The selection of fonts, colors, and styles is unbelievable. On top of that, everyone I've talked to in the store is polite and quick to answer any questions or requests I have.
