I went to get hats engraved and they took longer than what they initially told me. They messed up the design up the first time. The worker said they were supposed to take 15 minutes to fix it and ended up taking double the amount of time. Once they gave it to me, it was done incorrectly and was not engraved properly. Don’t recommend buying hats or engraving at this location. Horrible service overall.

Very disappointing that the embroidery machine was not working properly the staff salvaged Three hats trying to put three letters on the side. This was not the staffs doing the staff had nothing to do with this other than trying to fix the old machine that they have damn using there. Do not get an embroidery here if they have the same old machine they have.

The team at Lids in Barton Creek Mall was super helpful and provided top-notch customer service. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for, and the store has a really large selection of caps to choose from. Great experience all around — I’ll definitely be back.

I called this location twice starting after 10:00 a.m. Nobody answered the phone. I then had to take considerable time to drive up to the mall to walk into the store and ask my one and only question. Are they able to throw patches onto a hat? The cashier lady said no we don't do that. I asked why they don't answer their phone with two people working the store. She said oh we got scammed over the phone. This is perhaps the dumbest excuse I have ever heard. No wonder they have to sell things 50% off. Buy one get one free. I will never do business with Lids again.

Came in around 1:50 pm to purchase a hat. As we were walking up the cashier said they were closing store for 30 to 40 minutes. It’s now 3:10 pm and both associates walk into store with shopping bags and food. When asked when they would reopen we were told another 30 minutes because they needed to take a lunch. At this point I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
