Everyone at Grome's is very friendly and helpful. Both Cindy and Albert are very knowledgeable and will guide you to pick the sewing machine that is right for you. Their No pressure approach to sales is awesome - unlike some other dealers or on-line sales points, they take their time explain everything about the different machines and are there for you long after the sale for questions or service.

I brought my Singer sewing machine in, mid project and it would not stop jamming. The very kind lady at the counter took about 10 minutes to fix my problem and she didn’t charge me a thing. I will certainly be bringing my machine in for service as soon as I finish my project! Thank you for your kindness

Brought my machine to a different company and they charged me $150 to clean it and return it back to me with the same skipping issues I brought it in with. The other company “fixed” again it for free after bringing it to their attention, but still it was in fact not fixed at all. I thus brought my machine to the amazing Gromes Sewing Machine Company where they resolved my issues promptly. They were so kind to prioritize my machine as it’s used to run my business, helping me avoid delays in production. Best machine maintenance in SATX, thank you so much for all the help. Very knowledgeable and kind team!
