The embroidery work is great! I had attempted to order a custom graduation stole online from Etsy, but it has been super delayed and I wouldn't have had it in time for my photos. Sammi Embroidery was able to embroider a blank stole I brought in from my university and had it ready for me the next day! Great service and super thankful.

We needed a relatively small order of screen printed shirts very quickly. Other businesses were quoting 2+ weeks, higher price and minimum quantities. Sammy's saved our event with quick turnaround and reasonable prices. Shirts were perfect and exactly as ordered. Definitely recommend.

If there were zero stars this place would get it. JUST BAD! Worst embroidery work I have ever seen and worst customer service experience of our lives. We had never seen an owner of a company have a temper tantrum in the middle of his own store before. Now we have. We went in for a simple embroidery on a graduation sash. We met with the owner, Sam, and left after a 30 minute consultation with all the specific colors, size and etc. planned out. We picked up the sash the next day and once we got home we found the wrong thread colors, the school logo was off center, wording was not legible. Just terrible work. Mistakes happen. We contacted the store and had a long conversation about what was wrong and the employee said to bring it in from them to fix. I personally dropped the sash off to Sam's assistant the following day. Everything was prearranged prior, so no instructions were needed or given at the time of drop off. Almost a week after the first drop off, we came back for the 4th time. We examined the sash and found that they had only fixed one tiny letter!! The thread was still the wrong color, letters weren't actually letters just squiggly lines, just bad! We spoke to the Owner, Sam, yet again as to why they didn't repair the sash correctly. He began by telling us a story that simply didn't happen. Once that fell apart, Sam began to blame us for the mistakes that they had made. Now this is when Sam got really mad and began screaming like a child in the middle of his own store! The owner of a company does not behave this way. Normal people do not behave this way. Sam, you need to own up to your mistakes and fix the problem that you created.

They are very attentive to customer service, taking the time to understand exactly what you want and how you want it done. The owner is incredibly professional and ensures the job is completed correctly. Be advised: They are very busy with high order volumes. While the initial setup/first order is a bit expensive, the price drops significantly on repeat orders. They do save your work on file, but if you want a digital copy for yourself, bring a thumb drive.

Great selection of clothing items to embroider, the staff is helpful, and the orders are fullfilled in a timely manner. The reason for two stars is that a high fee is charged to design logos or images that are going to be embroidered. It makes no sense to charge a high fee for a design that takes a few minutes to make. This industry used to design for free or at a low cost. With technology being so advanced now, it's just a scam to charge a high fee, when before it was done for free or at a reasonable price. It's the same "initiation" scam other industries use, but I guess all those billboards have to be paid for somehow. ***Update to Sammy's reply: Sorry to inform you that just because other embroidery businesses use the same bogus tactic, doesn't make it an industry wide policy. There are plenty of online and a few brick and mortar shops that don't use the "design fee" scam. I brought in company logo that just had to be COPIED onto the clothing, there's nothing to design.Trying to normalize this fee is shameful, but nice try.
