Sew Special Quilts - SATX

Excellent service. I was about to start a sewing class and realized my 580 Bernina had an issue. I drove to the store -5 min away- walked in, explained issue and the tech fix it in 30 seconds. No charge and I’m on way back to class. Who gives that kind of service today? No one. A big thank you !

Drove nearly 4 hours to visit this store and was super excited. Unfortunately the employees attitude made me incredibly uncomfortable. Having me, my mother and brother being watched and followed around the store was uncomfortable and humiliating. It felt as if the employees were treating us as if we were going to steal from the store. Not to mention we were the only Hispanics in the store. I do not want to make assumptions and I hope our language and the way we looked had nothing to do with it. I never want to assume. Either way, they need to better their customer service. Will never be coming back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quality sewing machines, accessories and a variety of fabrics.

I love everything about this store (I love Bernina products) and took my Bernina 790 in for routine service. I have been thinking about a serger and I received the most friendly and professional help from Lisa L and Alicia P...just wonderful and knowledgable in so many areas! Appreciate the employees and all the fabulous goodies in Sew Special!

First visit, great experience. Everyone was friendly and full of smiles. Great selection of fabric and patterns.

Turned in Babylock machine to be cleaned and serviced. They said about three weeks, it was actually done a few days earlier than stated. They did a great job. Love this shop. The people are so friendly and helpful.

Left this review on Yelp two weeks ago with no response so trying here. Staff here are very rude and arrogant. Once in a while you'll run into an employee that is kind but most days not. You'll be lucky if you get a return smile from anyone. They are also very suspicious of their customers following them around as if expecting them to steal from them. This has happened to me and two of my friends on different ocassions over the last year. There are plenty of other shops in our area that treat customers like customers, not as if they are doing you a favor by "allowing" you to shop there. I will readily drive a further distance if it means being treated kindly and respectfully. I would love to see this store's employees shift to a welcoming place because the store itself has alot to offer. If not, it will not be my first choice for making purchasing.

Great selection of fabric but geez such awful customer service. Not a single acknowledgement when I walked into the shop or checked up on me. When I was checking out , Monica, was very short and rude. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience.

Lovely high quality fabrics!!! All perfect for quilting. Different themes and fabrics with patterns I couldn't find anywhere else! I was so surprised to see fabric I had only seen online, I'm in love and will be back!
