I brought three new pairs of Aritzia pants in to be hemmed, and unfortunately the work was very poorly done. The hems were uneven, and there were visible needle indentations throughout, which in my opinion ruined expensive pants. The alterations were not done by Sofy; I was later told she had hired someone else to complete the work. She did offer to fix them and mentioned it would take her less than an hour, but the original work took a week and was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to wait for corrections, as I needed the pants for a work conference. Sofy was gracious enough to offer my money back. If you choose to have work done here, I recommend confirming that the owner is the one completing the alterations.

Amazing work. I needed a suit jacket tailored for a funeral, which I had neglected because of the feels. I brought the jacket in and they were able to tailor it same day for a very reasonable price. So while I certainly didn’t feel the best delivering my dad’s eulogy, I looked far better than I deserved to. They really helped me out and grateful for what they were able to do for me.

Really impressed with Sofy’s Designs. The turnaround time was less than a week and they were very thorough in making sure my requests were met. I not only got a text before to approve the font, but I also got a phone call to let me know they wanted to try a size up. Then I got a follow up text to show me a comparison of the two sizes. Sofy’s went above and beyond. The pricing was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend and will return if I have any other embroidery needs.
