Jess, manager at the Lids in Manassas Mall is wonderful. We went in this past Saturday and today. Saturday was very busy and she made time for us to do embroidery on our VT hat for my boss retirement gift. She did great and is amazing. We will be getting all our hats and jerseys from her. Can't say enough good things about her.

Adrian gave us the most personalized service we’ve ever received at any LIDS store, safe to say I shop at different LIDS stores many times per month. I’ll be working in the DMV area for 6 months, will definitely be back many times while here. Very professional.
