Let me start by saying I live in Texas and my first industrial machine is not from ABC SEWING. I can’t recall how I got in touch with Joseph but he put his ALL into helping me with a Juki 9000FMS that completely jump started my business. I knew from then I would not do business anywhere else! It was time for an industrial overlock and I looked no further. Joseph is truly, truly passionate about what he does. His knowledge is second to none. I finally got my Pegasus MX5214 overlock from him and of course I struggled. I mean meltdown struggle and let me tell you. He was on it. I went from tears of frustration to literal jumping of joy. He Took his time to explain how the machine and the details matter. What and Why they do and gave me personalized help to my situation and fabric needs! Please DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! He has an answer for it all and I would trust no body else! Again I’m in TEXAS and I would absolutely only choose ABC SEWING MACHINE! You truly boosted my business with your knowledge and assistance and I’ll forever be grateful! Thank you from the very bottom of my heart!

A couple of days ago, I visited the store to try out some industrial Juki sewing machines to help me decide which one to purchase. Joseph was amazing—very welcoming and friendly. He listened to my needs and gave me a tour of the options available. Before I left, he made sure I knew how to operate my new sewing machine. After my mom decided to start a little side alteration business, we realized quickly that we needed industrial sewing machines to keep up with the work. I was very fortunate to come across ABC Sewing Machine business on Google Maps. Joseph Park treated us with such professionalism, and his expertise in sewing machines was outstanding. He worked with our budget and gave us exactly what we wanted. I greatly appreciated his communication. Even after we bought the machines and took them home, he was quick to answer any question we had by phone. My mom was a little rusty on how to use the Overlap Machine, and they gave her an extensive tutorial right before we took the machine home. We were going for one machine and ended up buying two. A single needle and an overlap. The machines were used, but were beautifully maintenanced. They almost looked new. He definitely earned our business. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the sewing industry.

Finally upgraded and got the Industrial sewing machine! Highly Recommend this place for all of your sewing and embroidery needs. Many new and used machines to choose from. I found joseph to be very helpful and willing to help me with my questions and lack of knowledge. I also found many useful tutorials on the website. Happy with the purchase of my first Juki and glad this is the place I got it from. I’ll be back for more! Good Customer service goes a long way!
