Ink & Stitch - Embroidery/Screen Printing

I was excited to try this company after seeing the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I was told multiple times via email that they couldn’t view my file, and their replies were very short and unhelpful. As someone who isn’t experienced with embroidery files, I had hoped for a little more guidance or patience in the process. Instead, I lost valuable time trying to get my items ready for an event. I ended up going with another embroidery company, and the process there was smooth, easy, and didn’t require me to change my file. If you’re hoping for a supportive and easy embroidery experience for a special event, this may not be the right place.

Ink & stitch is amazing! They were quick, affordable, and communicative. We used them for my husband as he was graduating from UCLA and the school couldn’t complete the embroidery in time. I found them, they were fast, they showed me what they were going to do before they started. All in all it made the process so quick and easy! Thank you Tony & staff for getting that done so quickly. I found Ink and Stitch to embroider my UCLA sash for graduation. The process was easy from emailing to get a quote, dropping off the sash and picking them up right after. Tony and his team did an amazing job making sure the font, the color and the text is up to my liking. There was a lot of flexibility as to which font you specifically like and where to place them. I was recommended to Ink and Stitch by family, and I am really happy with the final product. I embroidered my logo on two shirts. Keep in mind my logo is very detailed, but the logo was copied perfectly on to the tops. And very good quality embroidery. Thank you very much!
