Gave them some hats to get embroidered and have yet to receive them or any updates 2 months later. Disappointed with service and communication after several attempts of getting in contact.

From beginning to the end, our experience with getting our letterman jacket customized was amazing. I'm so glad I came across these guys. First off, I called their office because I wanted to have a one on one conversation with them and go into detail with what I want. So the first person who I was able to get into contact was Isaac. Being that it was a last minute appointment, he accommodated me and put me in touch with his secretary/colleague Mia. She was so kind and helpful with our details and within minutes I was able to get samples of what they do and get my quote. During that process of meeting, Dennis came by and that's when the real magic happened. He was very professional and thorough with what he can do for us with the designs we had presented to him. Mind you, when you are getting items customized from scratch, you need to trust the process and not rush the process. It took about 3 weeks for our jacket to be done, but throughout the process, Dennis would check in and let us know what he's doing, show us color and material samples and double check that what we are ok with what he's doing. I'm 110% satisfied with the creation and how he brought our vision to life. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone wanting custom embroidery and/or patches done to come to this shop. The jacket is great, but the attentiveness and experience we had working with Dennis was top notch. It made me feel like they care about their work and their customers. I didn't feel like I was just an easy profit, I felt like family. I appreciate the dedication, time, effort, and consistent communication throughout the process.
