Never got greeted or told we well be right with you and they only had 1 customer in front of me... so I walked out

Do NOT get your shirts done here! I repeat-DO NOT GET YOUR ORDER IN. Went in to place an order for next day for 3 shirts. Julia promised she would have them ready by 3 pm. We provided the shirts to her. Not only did she not have them but she mentioned to come back the following day at 10 am. I called her at 10 am and she ignored the call. She finally answered at 11:30 & then mentioned the shirts would be done at 12:30. I messaged her at 1 to let her know I was on my way. She proceeded to say they had not dropped them off yet and didn’t know when they would arrive. We arrived at almost 2. She handed us 3 shirts that were pro-clubs. Not even the shirts we gave her! Totally different shirts. Please save yourself the time and headache! Do not go here! They will not commit and they will give you the run around.

Extremely disappointing experience. What should have been a simple order turned into a month-long headache. It took over two weeks just to complete the initial order, and when I picked it up, everything was done incorrectly. They had to redo the entire job, which took another two weeks—meaning nearly a full month of waiting. Communication is terrible. Julia rarely responds to messages, so I had to physically stop by just to get basic updates. Deadlines mean nothing here—she’ll give you a completion date, but the work will not be ready when promised. If you’re looking for reliability, responsiveness, or professionalism, this is not the place. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other businesses that deliver quality work on time and actually respect their customers.

Horrible customer service. They don’t answer phone so there is no way to confirm if your product is done. I drive all the way DTLA and my product was not ready. If they answered the phone I would not have had to make the drive . When I arrived the guy promised they’d be ready in 2 hrs. I stayed DTLA to avoid the drive back home. I waited two hours and went back to the shop. Items were not ready. When I went back today’s later they also did my order incorrectly and act like they were going to do me a favor. Told me to buy another shirt and they’ll do the embroidery for free. I just took my losses and left. Too bad I did not look at the Google reviews before going. I went off the recommendation of a TikTok influencer.

SO MUCH DISAPPOINTMENT I am embarrassed to say that I was so patient with them to make two simple samples. They did not have it ready when promised two months ago. Then they said they would mail it. I never received anything. It looks like they run one machine at the store… if so, then they should not over promise. I have never been so disappointed with a vendor in DTLA my life until now.
