I brought in two scrub tops , each with its own unique embroidery. I wrote exactly what I wanted for each scrub. I came back a few days later to pick up and both tops were totally wrong . I wish I never cane here . They are not prepared and their work and craftsmanship is below average. NEVER come here !!!! They charged me $200 to embroider two scrub tops. The reason they did that is because I previously put out a review being very honest about their inconsistencies in the work they do. Highly recommend do not come to this place.

Before going there, I tried calling multiple times to confirm if they could do same-day work. No one answered. I also received an automated text saying they would get back to me shortly, but I never received a response, even hours later. Since I’m only in Los Angeles for a short time before returning to my home country, I decided to drive there anyway. It took me over an hour to get there, only to be told they couldn’t help me. When I arrived, there was an employee sitting inside but they said they didn’t have much inventory like sweaters or T-shirts, and most of what they had was already embroidered. If the phone had been answered or the text replied to, this trip could have been avoided. Overall, it was a frustrating and unnecessary waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The Embroidery Studio went above and beyond for my rush embroidery project. I needed a logo embroidered on a jumpsuit for a performance and they did an incredible job. The staff were super helpful and supportive. I found the cost lower than some of the other vendors I had used in the past. They also gave great guidance regarding the techniques and options. I highly recommend.

The team did an exceptionally good job on 6 outerwear pieces I created for my coaching company. Patrick was incredibly patient throughout my multiple changes and answered all the questions I had along the way. They were able to capture my logo in greater detail than I imagined possible. I am so happy with the work, I will be bringing more pieces by! They turned around the job in a short timeframe, and I really appreciate the customer service. Overjoyed and so grateful!
