Bond is an incredible company! Very customer detailed focused. I have been working with them for years for our businesses custom runner and area rug fabrication. Erin responds very quickly when I email questions about pricing or general questions on what they can handle. Matt called me when an issue came up to help me with my runners and then texted me some pictures of alternative colors that we could send to our designer for approval. They also pick up and drop off to our warehouse in Allentown. They make it very convenient and easy for us and then intern makes our customers happy also!

I'm very happy with my carpet binding from Bond! It was the perfect color, the directions were very clear, shipping was fast, and the whole process was very easy. And I loved ordering from the company instead of a third party site.

I contacted Bond products via email, with a question regarding their Instabind product. I received an almost instant reply from a very helpful and friendly customer service rep Mallory Heilman. I ended up emailing several questions which were all answered almost immediately. I told Mallory that she made my day by giving me the best customer service ever! Thank you Mallory. I will be posting photos of my finished product. Finished project! I’m adding my review for the Instabind™ Synthetic Serge Style Cactus Flower color. Our favorite rug was starting to fray and looked neglected. We brought it to a rug repair business to get an estimate on repair. They wanted $600 to repair the two 9foot frayed edges. We decided to fix it ourselves. I ordered the product and we finally got around to repairing the rug. We love it! I’m including before and after pictures. Thank you BOND PRODUCTS for having an excellent product as an alternative to expensive repairs.

Exceptional customer service. Had both phone and email contact to follow up on my order. Both Scott by phone and Elaine by email were extremely helpful. Order arrived as promised and we were able to finish our project. Instabind edging material is high quality and was easy to apply. Our first project was applying the edging to some carpet runners. Turned out wonderfully.
