This place advertises services that they have a DIFFICULT time delivering. I attempted to have ONE toddler's shirt embroidered, and was told that Same Day service is not ALL the time, just when business is SLOW, I wouldn't go back there if you PAID ME

Dont go here unless you want to be treated unprofessionally and are ok with your order not being completed in full. This buisness is paid to complete a service. When that service is not done correctly why should I be paying for it? Instead of owning up to their mistakes the owner threw a fit and eventually gave a partial refund. You can get an idea of the way they run their business by looking at the way they reply to reviews and how they run their website. I love to support small businesses but go somewhere else if you can.

The owners are incredibly rude. My embroidery was done poorly (very off center) and I had to fight to get the smallest partial refund. When talking with them it’s like they see no reason. They were mad at me for even suggesting that I deserved some sort of partial refund of an 150$ service. I understand that mistakes happen, and I would not be upset if it were just the off centered embroidery, but no one should be talked to the way owners talk to you.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality and reliability of Marathon Embroidery. Their embroidery threads are vibrant, durable, and perform beautifully on a wide range of fabrics. The colors remain bright even after multiple washes, and the threads rarely break. Whether you’re tackling a large project or working on small custom pieces, Marathon provides the kind of dependable quality that makes embroidery truly enjoyable. Highly recommended! Their customer service is also friendly and responsive.

Edit: You can tell who didn’t go to school by the lack of grammar and improper use of punctuation written by the owner. Spend your money elsewhere! Please believe the other reviews the customer service here is far less than subpar. Thanks to them for single handedly ruining an important moment for a first-generation college student by not delivering on a stole taken to them for embroidery. They do not keep their word. They do not follow the instructions as written on the original order form and they will argue with you for correcting them about it. Avoid at all costs.
