I can understand that simple, small orders might get less priority to larger, more profitable ones… but I was not prepared for the lack of customer service and general etiquette at the South street store.

First things first they need an actual landline for this location. It makes no sense that customers call this location but are always directed to the main store. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a jacket for work and have yet to get an actual update. Also what's the point of having a phone if yal dont pick it up? Foolish

Yasin and his team are very knowledgeable when it comes to embroidering apparel. They were able to advise on material and sizing. Great place to get things embroidered or screen printed.
