Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. I called and got an immediate answer. I asked for custom buttons and I was told this service was offered. Great! All that was requested of me was to send the information, the picture, etc. I texted this and she said I would have a quote by the next morning. By the next morning, no response. I texted again inquiring about my request. Nothing. I called a few hours later and she said she would send a quote right over. Several hours later, still radio silence. Save your time by going to someone else.

Would not recommend. I came in and asked if I could get pictures printed on a fabric. They said yes definitely bring in the fabric, I go buy the fabric drop it off. I mentioned I needed it done fairly quickly seeing as my wedding was at the end of November. I dropped off the material and sent pictures on October 29th fast forward to 10 days later I’m texting asking about my order no response. I decide to just drive in because it has been TEN days since I dropped off the material. They say there was a family emergency and hadn’t gotten to it. They said it would be done the following Tuesday. I completely understood things happen. But didn’t fuss because They guaranteed it. I show up and surprise they did not complete my order. They had the fabric just about two week! To say I was upset was an understatement. Completely unprofessional and lack integrity. If the job couldn’t be done I understand but to promise something and not deliver is mind boggling to me. I would never come back again or refer them to anyone.

Terrible experience. They didn’t do any of the work they promised but still charged full fees. Completely unprofessional and dishonest — avoid at all costs! One star is honestly very generous.

Definitely do NOT recommend coming here for any decal or vinyl work, very slow at doing there work .They don’t know what there doing half the time. Very cheap products my dot decals wont stick to the side of my truck. So overall very poor customer service and bad business to work with.

Never going back here again. Not only did they screw up the spelling on my order twice but they also took forever and a half and they didn’t even complete my order because an employee was out for days. Ridiculous! The employee in the front seems clueless and unsure when she speaks to you. The owner promises to fix the mistakes but what he needs to do is hire more people and pay attention to orders more precisely.
