I do not recommend this place at all. I am highly disappointed in the shitty customer service I received. I placed my order 2 whole weeks before the day I needed my shirt by. I went by to pick up my shirt. It hadn’t been done (a week later) so I left and came back another day and the shirt still wasn’t ready. So then I left and came back another day and the shirt still wasn’t ready and I was told it would be ready in an hour. Then I went by again a day later and I received a shirt that was the wrong size. Waste of time and money.

Let's just say first most, the greeting when you walk in is welcoming. The gentlemen behind the counter knows what he is doing and designing what you want. Friendly environment from start to finish. That gentleman happens to be the manager of the place and his name is Shim (unique name btw) lol anyways I brought a couple vest to get steam pressed with a logo. They came out great when I got them back. Didn't notice one logo was off came back to the store and shim listened and understood and made it right. The other guy behind the counter in red shirt at the time I didn't get his name but he took my vest and attempted to take logo off and there was a lady who said it couldn't be done but he did it and they redid my vest . That's awesome customer service. Thank you to shim manager and the guy in red shirt. Bravo 👏 you guys made this guy happy and will return for more projects.

I’ve done business with Permian Ink in Odessa before, but after my experience today, I won’t be returning. The moment I walked in, I was treated rudely and dismissed. The young man at the front desk with the 70s-style beard—acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Even worse, he tried to triple the pricing I was quoted just two weeks ago for the exact same service. He wanted to charge $60 for a child’s shirt that I was providing, which is completely unreasonable compared to my previous visit with a different employee. The whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Customer service matters, and so does honesty with pricing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! I needed my order quick and they got it done for me just as promised. Hopefully my brother thinks it’s as funny/awesome as I do.

I recently had a multitude of items embroidered and screen printed for one of my small businesses. Daisy did a really good job on my rustically detailed company logo. Traci even made an alternate version of the logo for different options while both Daisy's and Traci discussed and displayed different ideas and suggestions. On the beige bag, there was the smallest defect. I told Traci that I didn't mind on this bag as it was only for promotional purposes but I could clearly see that the defect bothered her and she insisted on making it right. I was really impressed because that level of detail and commitment to quality really says a lot about Traci and the level of work that she does. I received all 11 of my items in less than 24 hours of when I dropped them all off, which I thought was a very fast turnaround and the quality of all items was second to none. I will continue to use Permian Ink, for both of my small businesses and I will happily recommend this company to anyone I know that is looking for screen printing and embroidery services.
