Permian Ink in Odessa was a helpful place for custom apparel and embroidery work. The staff made the process feel simple, and it was easy to talk through options for shirts, hats, and other items without feeling rushed. I appreciated the clear communication and the fact that they offer in-store shopping, curbside pickup, and delivery, which makes things more convenient. The location on East 7th Street was easy to find, and overall it felt like a solid local shop for custom clothing, logos, or business apparel.

I would rate this Permian Ink on 7th street a zero bad stitching not what I exactly asked for. There is this tall white guy with glasses who has attitude and doesn’t know how to do his job. Needs to learn customer service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went in and walked around for 10-15 min waiting for someone to come to the counter. I could hear someone was in the back. I ended up calling and asking if they were open, was told yes, to which I responded I was standing at the counter with no one there. My order was for 2 children XS jackets to have names added to the front and to have 3 patches that I purchased on Amazon and brought in added. One name was 1 inch long, and the second name was 2 inches long. I was told the day before one price and then at pick up I’m told a ridiculously higher price. Over $50 dollars, for 3 inches of thread on CHILDRENS clothing and patches ironed on that I didn’t even purchase with them. If they had told me it was going to be over $50 to iron on 1 patch on a jacket and 2 patches on the other, I would’ve done it at home with my hand iron. In total over $100. When I told him that wasn’t what I was quoted, he said he could knock off $10. I feel absolutely SCAMMED. He also conveniently couldn’t print me a receipt and claimed he was going to send one by email and never did. I would recommend going to Basin Embroidery only 5 mins away and is way better priced and doesn’t change the price on you at pick up. They were booked out past the due date I needed and mistakenly gave this place a try.

Me and my brothers just spent $1,600 on stuff that is trash that we can't even use that is wrinkled and is not sized correctly went through three times of mess ups and still nothing came out correct things that are missing that we asked for and still was not able to get researched other places to try and make the patch set correct Amazon has better quality and product that we bought then the $1,600 we spent through Permian ink just to try and get it right after three times and still nothing not even anything that we could probably use maybe the center patch will not be doing business or refer anyone to this place this place is horrible even the first time trying to get service we were rude to and the employees were not listening at anything for our product most definitely will be taking legal action for the 1600 that they took for trash product absolutely disappointing that Amazon has better product and they know how to get the sizing and dimensions correct that's crazy if you're looking for embroidery place this is definitely not the place to go
