So helpful - our first time buying a "real" vacuum outside of a Hoover, Dyson, etc. We already came in pretty confident we were interested in a SEBO and left feeling very good about our decision. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Never felt pressured or pushed in any direction. Really encouraged us to try it out and make sure we liked it before buying.

I enjoy the Sew Fun events. They really are fun and informative. Also the Sew and Tell presentations are inspiring. I love to see the creativity in the room.

Diving back into sewing after a 30 year hiatus. The staff could not have been more helpful with all my questions about the machines, the cutting tables, the cabinets. Each one of them excellent and so helpful. Barbara was my sales person and I can't recommend her enough, she helped me tailor make my new sewing adventure. Thank you!

Wonderful experience with Annabeth when purchasing a SEBO vacuum!! Terrific customer service and pricing. This is the second vacuum that I've purchased from Quality S&V in the past twenty-five years, but I always go there for supplies and service too. I feel like there's no one better to give my loyalty to when it comes to all things vacuum cleaner related.

This place is awesome! A few years ago I took a 1:1 serger class and the person helping me had endless patience. I recently bought a vacuum and the salesperson (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was **outstanding**. He asked questions, gave a perfect amount of information, and was helpful but never pushy. It seriously couldn't have been a better experience. The knowledge and customer service here is unparalleled and totally worth the drive!
