Kevin was the best! So friendly, went through all my options, all the colors and gave great recommendations on placement. Also only took about 30 minutes for a walk in appointment. Very reasonably priced too, will be back & would recommend.

I went to Kevin at Rich’s Custom Embroidery and Apparel about a month and a half before my wedding with a vintage bomber jacket I wanted embroidered. From the start, he was so kind and walked me through the entire process. He was upfront about the potential challenges with my design’s complexity and the material of my jacket, so I knew exactly what to expect. Before even starting, he created a sample for me to review and let me pick the thread color on the spot—which was such a thoughtful touch! Kevin turned the project around quickly, charged a very fair price, and absolutely nailed it—the embroidery turned out AMAZING. My “exit jacket” was everything I’d hoped for (and something I’ll treasure forever). I’ve been holding off on this review until after the wedding so I could share photos, and I can confidently say Kevin’s work exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!

Kevin did an incredible job embroidering jackets for my team. They absolutely loved them! He walked me through the entire process, so I knew exactly what to expect before anything was finalized.
