The Foundry Screen Print and Embroidery Shop

We had a fantastic experience working with The Foundry! They embroidered custom patches onto our employees' Mariners ball caps, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The entire process was seamless from start to finish—their team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with every step of the way. Most importantly, they delivered everything on time for our company Mariners game outing, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the embroidery was excellent, and the hats looked incredible. I rarely write reviews, but this was a shockingly unprofessional experience and I would strongly recommend finding any other printer in Seattle for your project. Forrest, the owner, totally failed to get my order done in time because one of his employees didn't show up, and then kept pushing back the time that the shirts would be completed. When I arrived after he said they would be ready, nothing had been boxed up and I had to help him do it myself. Then, I was forced to pay thousands in overnight shipping fees to get the shirts where they needed to go because the Foundry couldn't get my order done on time. After this, he only offered to refund the rush fee, which was a very small portion of the thousands I paid to get the shirts printed. He was extremely rude over email and tried to blame me for the shirts not being done on time, which was pretty wild. I really would recommend pretty much any other printer in the city because I've had a much better and more professional experience with several of them.

We are very pleased with both the end product and the experience of working with The Foundry. The Foundry team was excellent -- responsive, knowledgeable, and really cared about what we were trying to accomplish with the project we had for them. They took the time to teach us about the embroidery production process which helped us make decisions and understand their procedures. We will definitely use them again and can confidently recommend them to others.

I highly recommend the Foundry for any of your custom apparel needs. We are a new business and their advice was invaluable. The t-shirts and hats we purchased have been flying off the shelves. They advised us to change some things we originally ordered resulting in way better looking shirts and hats. The order arrived earlier than expected. These guys are professional and know their business. You can't go wrong working with them, you'll be glad you did.
